The top five dishes that I always crave for

Who’s hungry?

I am! (P/s I’m always hungry, so…)

In this post, I will be sharing about all kinds of dishes that I enjoy! Well, I enjoy almost everything but here are my top 5 favourite dishes:

5) Nasi Kandar

Nasi Kandar is a popular northern Malaysian dish, which originates from Penang. It is a meal of steamed rice which can be plain or mildly flavoured and is served with a variety of curries and side dishes. As for me, I love curries and all kind of spices and this is the dish that has that!

4) Nasi Lemak

Ok, who doesn’t love nasi lemak? Nasi lemak is cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaves and usually served with anchovies, peanuts, cucumber and chilli paste. Nasi lemak is usually eaten for breakfast, but as a Malaysian, it is not peculiar to eat it for lunch, dinner or even supper!

3) Burgers

My guilty pleasure. Burgers by the roadside or McDonalds? I say both! I always crave for burgers and I can eat it everyday! (I’m just exaggerating). But hey I do love my McChicken, Big Mac, Spicy Chicken McDeluxe and most importantly burger ayam special (read: the classic Malaysian egg-wrapped chicken burger).

2) Molten Chocolate Cake

I am obsessed with chocolates, but my ultimate favourite chocolate dish is definitely the molten chocolate cake or also known as the chocolate lava cake. It is a chocolate cake with a gooey centre that will burst out chocolate sauce as you cut through the cake with your spoon! Buy me this and I will love you forever.

1) Tom Yum/Tom Yam

Tom yum originated from Laos and Central Thailand but it is also very popular in the neighbouring countries like Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. Tom yum is a hot, spicy and sour soup, usually cooked with prawn. Why is tom yum my ultimate favourite dish? I LOVE everything spicy and sour and tom yum is exactly that! Serve it with rice and omelette is already more than enough to satisfy my tummy.

Honourable mention: Pastas, Nasi Kerabu, Roti Telur and Asam Pedas

So that’s it! My top 5 favourite food/dishes. If you’re undecided on what to eat, maybe you can try any dishes I mentioned above!

Japanese three faces theory.

It is okay for being different.

Every human being in this planet are born different and I know we are all different in our own way. We have different personality and characters. Our character is much more than just our reputation, or what we try to display for others to see. It is who we are even when no one is watching. There are literally countless character traits that we can identify in others, and we can identify in our self. Everyone has character traits, both good and bad. Even in books they have character trait such as patient, kind, devoted and loving. We are shaped in societies that tell us, what is right and what is wrong. Being difference for having our own identity might be wrong to some because we are now living in the society that tells us that we need to look that way and this way. Look can also be deceiving which can lead to other misleading things. To be accepted in the society we need to follow the trend such as to have skinny legs and fair skin which is usually the mass media show us and often left me wonder, "why am I different?". And that is indeed not what we should think then follow the whole copy of so called perfection. There is nothing wrong by having our own identity, no matter how we looked like. There are manifolds of clothes we all wear all around the world and in Arabs women are usually covering all of their body with clothes but that doesn’t means she is a bad person or even worst, a terrorist. It is very unfortunate to have those kinds of stereotypes lingering around our head. To be frank, do we really need to satisfy others expatiation other than your own self? And if sadly your answer is yes, then I am gonna be the first person that needs to knock you the head and tell you that it is okay to be different. it is okay to have tan skin. It is okay to have fats and curve, it is okay to have freckles, birth marks and fine line. Close your eyes, and just imagine, everyone looking all the same like a black and white canvas. Would it be boring? This earth needs more color to draw the future and the color is in every each of you.We are all perfect in our imperfection so embrace your flaws. Love yourself and be comfortable with your own skin. Remember, what's matters most is from the inside. Now run and look in the mirror and please believe that YOU are good enough.

💕 💕 💕 💕 💕
"Music does bring people together.

It allows us to experience the same emotions.
People everywhere are the same in heart and spirit.
No matter what language we speak, what color we are,
the form of our politics or the expression of our love and our faith,
music proves: We are the same."
~ John Denver ~

How Music Affects Our Life

Hello guys!
So here I am in front of my laptop, drinking my favorite coffee while trying to think about the topic to share with you guys. So, as I think too much and my brain can't function properly anymore, I have decided to write about "How music affect our life in terms of motivation, therapy and stabilize your mood when you feel emotional". When you listen to music, don't you think it gives you a motivation to do something? For instance, it encourage you to be a better person and it makes you to love yourself and people around you. It also inspired you to be successful in life.

Next, music also can be a therapy. It helps to relax and improve our sleeping quality. Did you know that music seems to be an effective way to relax our mind and body? Especially, classical music and instrumental? Yes! Researchers at Stanford University have said that “listening to calming music seems to be able to change brain functioning to the same extent as medication”. They proved that music is something that almost anybody can access and make it an easy stress reduction tools. Such as the sound of rain, thunder, and nature can help us to relax and release from stress.

☔ Lastly, stabilize your mood when you feel emotional. Music can change someone from bad mood to good mood. It can also build your confidence level and boosts your immunity.

In conclusion, music gives different meaning and satisfaction to different people because music is abstract and complex. Some says, it has its own life and soul. And for me personally as a student, I need music as part of any life because it helps my study and  to become motivated.

Like the song by Rachel Platten called Fight Song. This song is about overcoming obstacles and believing in yourself even no one else believes in you. I like the beat. It is very powerful and it empowers us to keep fighting on what we believe and not to give up on ourselves. Then, the song by Katy Perry called Firework. This song tells you to be confident about yourself. For example, when you feel not confident about yourself, play the song that have an upbeat and strong message on it.

Or, the song by Miley Cyrus called The Climb. The meaning itself is very meaningful because it says never lose hope and try your best no matter how bad things may get.

So, that's all that I want to share. I guess I will see you guys in my next post! Remember to keep on reading and have a wonderful day 👯

Do you know that colors play an important role in people's life? Every color have the style their play with own psychology. Such as blue is mean peace. This time I like to tell you what the color style in people life person I just touch the basic color because if you study about color their have a lot. But this blog today is for inspirational, to inspire people when they are reading they ca choose what color their are like.

Color psychology is a well-known, yet less explored branch of the study of how our brain perceives what it visualizes. As far as scientific research goes, there is not much to work with. However, the impact that colors have on our brains is used to manipulate our decision making by multiple facets of society.

Red

  • Associated with energy, war, danger, strength, power, determination as we ll as passion, desire, and love.
  • Enhances human metabolism, increases respiration rate, and raises blood pressure.
  • It attracts attention more than any other color, at times signifying danger.

Orange

    encouragement, and stimulation.

    muscle energy.
  • Bright, pure yellow is an attention getter, which is the reason taxicabs are painted this color.
  • When overused, yellow may have a disturbing effect.
  • It is known that babies cry more in yellow rooms.
  • Yellow indicates honor and loyalty. Later the meaning of yell ow was connected with cowardice.

  • Strongly associated with tranquility and calmness.
  • Used to symbolize piety and sincerity.

Purple

  • Combines the stability of blue and the energy of red.
  • Associated with royalty. It symbolizes power, nobility, luxury, and ambition.
  • Conveys wealth and extravagance.
  • Associated with wisdom, dignity, independence, creativity, mystery, and magic.

White

  • Associated with light, goodness, innocence, purity, and virginity.
  • Considered to be the color of perfection.
  • Signifies safety, purity, and cleanliness.
  • Usually has a positive connotation.
  • Can represent a successful beginning.
  • Depicts faith and purity.

Black

  • Associated with power, elegance, formality, death, evil, and mystery.
  • A mysterious color associated with fear and the unknown (black holes).
  • Usually has a negative connotation (blacklist, black humor, ‘black death’).
  • Denotes strength and authority; it is considered to be a very formal, elegant, and    prestigious color.
  • The symbol of grief.
There is a reason why people prefer certain colors over others. This preference says volumes about our personalities, because each color has an association with a reaction our brain has when we internalize it.

Life Is A Beautiful Journey

Life is beautiful journey. isn't it?

But how could you see the beauty of when in fact . Life is full of struggle &miseries?By the way, what does life mean for you?

For me , it is journey filled with lessons. heartaches, hardships, joys, celebration and special moments that will ultimately lead us to our destination, our purpose in life, The road is always not smooth. In fact, throughout our travel we will encounter many challenges and the things is either you want or not you have to face it as well.

Then for me  life is a journey , not a destination . Everyone takes a every step in a unique way . This journey may take you down by great storms and bumpy road but it's doesn't matter, what matter is how many times you stand-up to continue . Each moment on journey of life you are presented with an opportunity to react differently . You may even make the same choices over and over again because you don't know how to choose otherwise . You have the power to change things and not walk around in a constant circle .

But then , life is a beautiful struggle. You must keep the journey going not because of the guarantee but because of the possibility . Sometimes struggles are exactly what you need in your life . If you were to go through with our life without obstacles, you would be crippled . You would not be as strong as what we could have been . Give a opportunity a chance, leave no room for regrets , and don't forget the power in struggle . But sometimes , giving up for something its okay! Giving up doesn't mean we are weak . Its simply means that we want take another opportunity and we will try another again to be succeed . Don't be afraid to change! No need to care what will other people look on you . Do what you love and find your own happiness because that is the best way to make yourself to be more confident and it is creating you a new life as beautiful journey of yourself .

So, Be Happy always Reader! And always believe that God has plan better for us ok!!!!
"Everyone is handed adversity in life . No one's journey is easy . It's how they handle it that makes people unique"

"The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don't always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don't always spoil the good things and make them unimportant."
—Doctor Who

A good gag makes the bad go away

Do you have that one lecturer where they sometimes did something funny or unthinkable that we just couldn't help it but laugh?

Obviously, you must have one and I want to tell you this one story about my lecturer who shall be named as Sir 'Jgn Coba Merayu Lagi' (this is probably one of his favorite line of the song)

The story begins with him asking me on how to use the Whatsapp web. If you must know, Sir 'Jgn Coba Merayu Lagi' is not up-to-date with using techs stuff and he asked me before on how to use the Whatsapp via web since it'll be easier for him to access some of his documents. I've shown him the steps on how to use it, done in a few minutes.

When I met him last week at his office, he suddenly mentioned to me about the Whatsapp web again. "Hey Dyl. Why can't I access the whatsapp web?" He asked me while telling me that he had follow the steps correctly until he said this one sentence that makes me laugh my head off.

"Life is a journey. When we stop, things don't go right.
- Pope Francis

Embarrassing things we did back in the days.

Do you remember your “glory days” when you spent your time on Myspace, Friendster or even Facebook? I mean, there’s nothing wrong or embarrassing with that but did you remember what your profiles look like? What had you posted?

I was chatting with my friends when this topic came out of nowhere and we had a pretty good laugh on how idiotic and embarrassingly childish we all were back in the days, but hey, it’s a journey of life and your life would be considered dull and boring if you did not go through this!

So, let’s begin reminiscing the good old days!

1) aLL oF Us TyPEd LIke tHis or liek dis - You’re lying if you said you did not! Back in the days, tYPing like ThIs is considered cool. Also, “caye cayunk awaks” or “ley berkenalan tuck” is waaay better than “saya sayang awak” and “boleh berkenalan tak”.

2) We used fancy names instead of our real names - Yes, instead of Haseena Syazlin, it would be Haseena Sweet or Seena Sayang Kamu. I even remembered names like “Bakal Jenazah” and “Penunggu Maut”. It is quite scary to think about it.  Oh, we even had an era where we would use names like Ekin Evans, Siti Johnson or Nabilah Williams. So American.

3) We were all “emo” at one point - Dark makeup, black dress, black tears, acting all sad and depressed, not caring about anything. Not much explanation needed. Just take a look below.

- This was my first Facebook account. I searched myself and found this account and I couldn’t stop laughing!

- My current account. I’m normal now I swear!

There are more but these are the top 3 embarrassing things we, or at least I did back in the days. If you remembered the things I had mentioned, I hope you had a good laugh!

Good day, reader! xx
