"FORUM ANAK SYURGA"

A two father that have a special children shared their story in the Forum of  "Anak Syurga".

Mr. Mohd Jimadie Othman has a son who died 5 years ago. He told the audience about his son who was born normal when suddenly his body started to malfunction one by one. It started when he was 6 years old. He noticed his son started to limp and he went to the doctor to check his son's condition. The doctor said it was only a small injury but it got worse on the 4th day.

Soul Station.






Astro Oasis is a Malaysian television station owned and operated by Astro. The channel broadcasts Islamic-related programmes. On 27th October until 28th October 2017 University Selangor has been chosen as the main place to celebrate Astro Oasis's 10th years anniversary. The anniversary was called as  "Soul Station". There were so many activities and performance that happens in that time. Such as, Unisel berselawat, santai Al-Quran, senamrobik, tournament futsal & netball, didi & friends, concert reunion, nasyid competition, Hadith open mic and many more. There also has forum such as, slot anak syurga and santai Al-Quran Some celebrities also came to celebrate this occasion such as, Oki Sentiana Dewi, Hafiz Hamidun, Mawi, Man Raja Lawak, Elfira Loy, Matdan and many more. According to Astro Oasis Channels Manager, Ahmad Fuad Mat Ali, this carnival is aimed to cultivate good values in the youngster with the fulfillment of knowledgeable program that they serve. "We are targeting approximately 15,000 visitors from various of age will came throughout the three days of this carnival. We hope for those who attend this carnival not only get the fun of this event but also bring home something useful for the future," he adds.










The soul station carnival start at 9:00 am and finish at 11:00 pm. The carnival featured brightly decorated stalls of foods trucks that sells variety type of food for the guess to choose from. They had nachos, nasi arab, meatball, fried chicken, ice cream and the list go on and on.






One of our friend, Hikmah Aishah also had a chance to get an interview with one of the vendor from Perbadanan Perpustakaan Awam, Mr Meor Muhammad Fawaz bin Meow Latip,31. Who is an assistant officer of technology and information. Here, a bit of clip of the interview.





The carnival isn’t just another ordinary carnival, it is one of the most delightful event of the year with full of impact. As a student of University Selangor and a guess of the carnival itself, i truly find this event very beneficial and at the same time entertaining as well. Overall, I hope University Selangor will do more collaboration like this so everyone especially the student can gain a lot of knowledge and also have a great time.

Nasyid Competition

Astro Oasis celebrates its 10 years anniversary from 27-29th October 2017 in Universiti Selangor (UNISEL) Shah Alam campus. On the third and last day which was on Sunday, 29th October, 2017 UNISEL in cooperation with Astro Oasis held a Nasyid Competition. The show was opened with a performance by Intisar with the song called Subhanallah.


The competition started at 12 noon, emceed by Asyraf from Astro Oasis. The competition was held at the main stage to attract more audience. There were four teams competing against each other which were
Nukman

Humairah

Nada

Zulfanzayyan


Each team were required to sing two nasyid songs.

The competition was judged by Mohd Suffian Amrin or Pyan from Saujana and Cikgu Lina from Yamaha Music School. Before announcing the results, there was a performance by Saujana. Cikgu Lina also gave a few feedbacks to the contestants to improve their performance in the future.

Nada was announced as the winner. Humairah placed second while Nukman and Zulfanzayyan in third and fourth place respectively.

Overall, all the teams delivered great performances. As an audience I really enjoyed the show despite the weather that was raining cats and dogs. I wish there would be more competition like this in the future as it can shape the youth towards a better Muslim.

Abang Bro Mango Shake Stall

This is the crew for mango shake stall. Have you taste their mango shake? I did. It was tasty and delicious. Didn't regret my money flew away for their mango shake.

The kids was entertained with the performance by Didi & Friends.   


These bounce houses that will provide hours of entertainment for the kids, but just keep an eye on them to make sure they are safe.

So this picture was taken after few photos of my face was creeping out myself and then collect the guts to scared others meanwhile our communication senior student was enjoying his precious moment with the snake.
