To be a group leader is not really easy as we think . Especially , you need to deal with many kinds of people . I became extremely annoyed when I have to be around and to deal with someone that is content with leading a completely unproductive life with the satisfaction of doing nothing . This person is taking possible way to get out of taking on the responsibilities they have been give to handed. And also for me typical of this type of person is to place their responsibility onto another person without considering if their friend has the time to pick up another task because he's selfish and always avoiding when comes to work .For me , I believe that when comes to group work you need to be tolerate and always handed your task with full of responsibilities . Everyone is doing their work and be a person who always understand that everyone has their own people problem to settle up . Be responsible and be a good group member to other because it might affect others if you didn't perform you work task in group . Lastly! Be a good person and people will love you! xo
